We offer worldwide shipping which means you can place the order on our website and we will deliver it to you whatever country you are in!

Faulty items

If the items you received are defective in any material or are deemed faulty we will aim to replace the defective goods. If we are unable to replace the exact style of product you will have an option to select a different style product or receive a refund for the price of the goods purchased. We are under no liability for defects arising from wear or tear or defects arising anytime after the 7 day period of receiving your order.


Unfortunately we do not offer refunds but we do welcome exchanges for a different style of handbag which is in stock.

Lost Parcel

If your parcel is lost and hasn’t arrived within the given time frame we will put a lost parcel claim through to our courier which is royal mail. It can take upto 30 working days to receive an outcome of the claim. We are unable to refund or exchange until we receive the outcome of the claim.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed on our website we are unable to cancel the order.
